He leaves to cherish his memories wife, Vinella M. Barnes Smith; daughter, Sheila Talley; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sisters, Barbara Westmoreland, Emma Ogleton; brothers, Pastor Henry K. (Vernella) Smith, William F. Smith; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends.
Family visitation Friday, March 8, 2013 from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m., with funeral to follow, Watson Grove M.B. Church, 1415 Horton Ave. Pastor, Rev. John Faison, Sr., officiating & Pastor Henry K. Smith, Jr., Eulogist.
Interment Greenwood Cemetery North.
