SAMPSON, Annette Theresa Caruthers Age 73 of Nashville, September 02, 2012. Survived by her husband Scrouger Sampson; children Beverly Reed, Vickey (Greg) Rowe, and Gina Burgess; grandchildren, Ricardo (Jessica) Reed, Talese Reed, Porcha (Jeffrey) Menzise, and Tony Wafford, Jr.; great grandchildren, Tiler Reed, Jaxson Reed, Cameron Reed, RaMen Menzise and Senbi Menzise; siblings, Robbie Ceal (Charles) Newman, Ora Jean Watts, Carolyn (Horace) Butler, Brenda (Edward) Hall, Angela Moore, Anthony Caruthers, Deborah Majors, Audrey (John) Baxter, and Larry (Susie) Douglas; special friends, Minnie Bell Gaines and Tina Perkins; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
