Anthony Dewayne Forster

Anthony Dewayne Forster affectionately known as “Tony” was born to the union of

Lucy Rucker Forster and John Forster, Sr. on July 26, 1967 in Nashville,

Tennessee. He departed this life May 8, 2026.

Anthony was baptized upon profession of faith at a very early age at First Baptist

Church South Inglewood. He was educated in the Metro Nashville Public Schools. As a

youngster he actively participated in Junior League Football and Boy Scouts. He

enjoyed traveling, researching and debating various topics.

He was preceded into eternity by: mother, Lucy Rucker Forster; father, John Forster, Sr.

and youngest brother, Kevin Scott Forster. He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving

daughter, Ayanna Pratt (Dominic), grandchildren, Noah and Naomi; sister, Dr. Teri Forster;

brother, John Forster, Jr.; nieces, Alexis and Madison; aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
