Survived by devoted husband, Lubert Jack, Jr.; children, Rena Windom, Malik Tuckson, Dawana Thomas, Jahi Jack, Sarah Hartel-Bellot and Amber Brewster; brother, Jacob "Sepeda" Butler; 18 grandchildren; other relatives, co-workers, church family and friends.
Memorial Service Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 1 p.m., Evans Hill M.B. Church, 1341 Tulip Grove Road, Hermitage, TN 37076.
