Beverly was 81 years old when he passed away in his home in Nashville,TN. He was born to parents, now deceased, Scott Ewing and Anne Fitzgerald Ewing and he passed into eternal life on August 22, 2020. He precedes his only daughter Pamela Ewing King from deceased wife Alberta Ewing. He served in Spruce Street Baptist Church, in Nashville, TN since childhood and he participated in outreach food share program through the church. It was a life of service for him to feed the hungry. Beverly was retired from employment at Metro—- and he worked at a local TV station in Nashville. In addition to his daughter , Beverly leaves to mourn two sisters Suzanne Oglesby Taylor who resides in Oxnard , California and Janet Kay Ridley who resides in Nashville, TN. During his long course of illness he was cared for by his nephew Hiram Kenneth Branum. Beverly also leaves to mourn two grandchildren, Keira Violura King and Keith Byron King and two great granddaughters, Khnayah Lanaye Smith and Kha’Leece Le’onie Robert . He also leaves to mourn one niece Amber Ridley and great niece Amber. He has a nephew, Edward Dewayne living in California and four nieces, Tammy Lindsey, Kimberly McCowan in Oxnard, CA and Tracy Davis in Longview, WA and Nicole Charles in Oxnard, CA. He also has leaves 18 great nieces and two great-great nephews and one great- great niece.
