Clarence Barnes, Jr.

Clarence Barnes Jr. departed this life on April 24, 2021 at Summit Medical Center in Hermitage, Tennessee. He was born on December 13, 1957 to Clarence Barnes Sr. and the late Mary Bradley Barnes in Nashville, Tennessee. At an early age, Clarence became a member of Watson Grove Baptist Church in Nashville, Tennessee.

He is survived by a devoted wife, Sheila Sowell Barnes; sons, Anthony Marks and William White; daughter, Tracy White; devoted grandson, Nicholas White; grandchildren, Liam White and Yasmin (Jalen) Byars and Antionese Marks; great granddaughters, Ruby and Zaraa Byars; sisters, Sharon (Tony) Batey and Christine Barnes; brother, Michael (Shirley) Barnes; brothers-in-law, James (Amanda) Sowell Jr. and Samuel Sowell, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
