Cordney Leach

September 27, 1986 — February 1, 2020

Cordney Mandrell Leach, age 33, a resident of Nashville, passed away February 1, 2020 at Skyline Medical Center.


Born on September 27, 1986, Cordney was the son of Pasty Brooks Dotson and Fred Calvin Leach.


Cordney grew up in the church attending Green Street Church of God Sanctified, he also obtained his General Educated Diploma on March 27, 2007.


Cordney loved hats and shoes. He was always somewhere cracking jokes with his friends. He was the life of the party! The party didn’t start until “Big C” got there.


Cordney's legacy will never be forgotten, especially by those who will continue to carry on his memory, a devoted mother, Patsy Brooks Dotson, children, Cortnee Leach, Rhylee Boyd, Camari Leach, Camille Leach & Kinsley Leach; devoted sister, Sylvia Esmon; brother-in-law, William "Donnie" Esmon, Jr.; niece, Kimora Esmon; aunts, Dotsie "Bobby" Eldridge, Shirley Brooks, Mae'Frances Claybrooks, Cliffadene Brooks, Louvenia Ridley; uncles, James "Evette" Ridley, Michael "Ruth" Leach; grandmother, Fannie Leach; a special friend, Shydericka Turner.

Cordney also leaves a host of devoted cousins, relatives and friends.

Cordney was preceded in death by grandmothers, Ester Ridley & Annie Bell Wiggins Leach; and grandfather, Calvin B. Leach.
