Nashville, TN
He is survived by his wife, Doris; his daughter, Conra (Dr. James) Collier; his stepson, Drs. Paul (Sheila) Douglass; seven grandchildren; and his family also includes several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Public viewing on Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 2-6 p.m. at Lewis & Wright F.D. Visitation with family on Friday, May 8, 2015 from 12 Noon to 12:40 p.m. with an Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity "Omega Service," then Singing of the Morehouse Hymn at 12:55 p.m. with funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Capitol Hill, 625 Rosa L. Parks Blvd. Burial will follow service in Greenwood Cemetery West.
