David Terrell, Ph.D., Abpp

David L. Terrell, Ph.D., ABPP David Lawrence Terrell-transitioned from this life on Saturday, October 26, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, the late Dr. David L. Terrell, Sr., DDS and Mrs. Romania Terrell, Griffin, Agnew. Dr. Terrell had a broad range of experiences within the fields of psychology and behavioral health, including work as a clinician, teacher, administrator and consultant. His former private practice with the Family Wellness Center, in Clarksville, Tennessee, was focused upon the provision of professional services to active duty and retired military personnel, and their families, who are with the 101st Airborne, Screaming Eagles of Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Carolyn Rheba Hoover Terrell; daughter Toni L. Terrell of Washington, D.C.,; son Steven L. Terrell of Atlanta GA; and daughter Terri L. Terrell of Charlotte, NC. Others he leaves to cherish his memories include his brother, Ernest B. Terrell, M.D., sister, Cheryl Griffin Cash, Esq. (William), sister-in-law Harriet H. Brown, brother-in-law Thomas L. Hoover (Sandra) , cousins Douglas Bailey of Nashville, TN, Diane Easley of Atlanta, GA, Carmen Holman of Atlanta, GA, Gracie Harris of San Antonio, TX, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Public Viewing Saturday, November 2nd from 9:00 am-10:00 am; Family Visitation from 10:00 am-11:00 am with funeral service to follow at Lee Chapel AME Church,1200 Dr. DB Todd Jr. Blvd. Interment Greenwood North Cemetery.
