David Bernard Todd, IV, affectionately known as "Little David" was born June 6, 1993 and departed this life June 8, 2023. He was preceded in death by his mother, Yolanda White Todd; maternal grandparents, Drs. James and Jeanette Armstrong and paternal grandparents, David B. Todd, Jr. MD. and Loraine C. Todd. His energetic personality, bright beautiful smile, and witty sense of humor wil be greatly missed.
He is survived by his son Carter J. Todd, his father David B. Todd, III, brother Zachary Tolliver and a host of family and friends.
