Earline Beard was born, April 9, 1948, to the late Henry and Sallie Jackson in Nashville, TN. She went home to be with the Lord on September 21, 2026. Mother Earline Beard gave her life to Christ at an early age at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church under the late Reverend Levi Britt, later leadership under Reverend Dr. William R. Harris Sr. She was very active in church ministries. She moved her membership to New Faith under Pastor Robert L. Beard, where she remained faithful in her walk with Christ, serving in the choir, on the Mother's Board, and as a sergeant in arms for the children's Sunday school.
Earline Beard attended the Metro School System. Earline married William Henry Beard Sr. on January 11, 1968, where they remained married until his passing. She was employed with the Metro school system for over 30 years, until she retired. Earline touched so many children's lives. She loved cooking and had the best pinto beans, hot water cornbread, and stuffed egg. They were requested by everyone. Earline was loved by so many people, whether you knew her all your life or you had just met her. She made sure everyone knew how much she loved them. Earline loved collecting and counting her coins and she could eye your coins and tell you how much it was. She also had the hardest pinch ever.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Beard Sr., and brothers, Herman Jackson and James (PeeWee) Waddel; sisters, Lucy Jackson and Ruby Howell; sons, James Lemont Jackson and William Henry Beard Jr. (Willie B).
Earline leaves to cherish her precious memories, devoted sons, Anthony (Tracey) Jackson and Pastor Robert L. (Victoria) Beard, and devoted daughters, Minister Angeline Beard (Brian) Mimms and Rochelle Beard; sisters, Katie Anthony and Jennie Saffell; Linda Jackson; brothers, John (Iva) Jackson and Thomas (Linda) Jackson; adopted daughters, Kimberly Brady and Elaine Jackson, Minister Brenda Jones, birthday twins Maria Cheek and Letika Harris; devoted granddaughter/daughter, Rere (Robert) Matthews; Godson, Larry Jackson. The New Faith Church Family, the Empowered Faith Church Family, and the Galilee Church Family. She had numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren who did not play about her and she did not play about them. She loved her nieces and nephews as if they were her own.
