Mr. Entwyn “Tony” “Dread” Burns, age 52, departed this life suddenly on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
Entwyn was born on November 10, 1973, in West Chester, Pennsylvania, to Helen Marie Burns and Robert Charles Hardin. He attended public schools in his community and later pursued training in welding, establishing a career in a trade he practiced with dedication, skill, and pride. Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to his craft, Entwyn earned the respect of those who worked alongside him throughout the years.
Affectionately known to family and friends as “Tony” and “Dread,” Entwyn touched the lives of many through his warm spirit, friendship, and enduring presence. He will be remembered with love and affection by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Charles Hardin.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories his loving mother, Helen Burns; his beloved daughters, Tashanna Burns and Imania Burns; the mother of his children, Latosha Story; aunt, Annie Harris; uncle, Bobby (Ruth) Burns; and a host of cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
Though his earthly journey has ended, the memories he created, the lives he touched, and the love he shared will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
