Survived by wife, Carolyn Payne, four children, five grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
Public viewing Friday, August 1, 2014 from 2-6 p.m. with family present from 5-6 p.m. at Lewis & Wright Funeral Directors.
Family visitation Saturday, August 2, 2014 from 11-12 Noon with funeral to follow at Robert E. Lewis Chapel, 2500 Clarksville Pk. Rev. Barton Harris, officiating. Interment, Scott's Chapel Cemetery.
