LEWIS, Henrietta R.Of Nashville. Passed away peacefully on the evening of August 31, 2011. Survived by her loving and devoted nephew, James W. Upton, Sr.; great nieces, Regina (Mark) Hadley, Patricia Upton, Marion Upton (David) Parks; great nephew, James W. Upton, Jr.; one great great niece; four great great nephews; a host of other relatives and friends.
