Age 78, departed this life November 4, 2015.
He is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Scott; children, Stephanie (Desmond) Cambridge, Dr. Karen Scott, Todd Scott, Andre Scott, John Scott, Jr., Allison Scott and Daryl Scott; one brother, William "Sonny" Scott.
Public viewing Sunday, November 8, 2015 from 2-4 p.m., with reflections at 4 p.m., in the Robert E. Lewis Chapel. Visitation Monday, November 9, 2015 from 11 a.m. - 12 Noon, with services to follow at Temple Baptist Church, 3810 Kings Ln., Pastor Darrell A. Drumwright.
