BIRCH, JR., Justice Adolpho A. Of Nashville. August 25, 2011. Survived by three children, Andrea Birch, Angela Birch Cox, Adolpho A. Birch III; brother, Kennard Birch; four grandchildren, Michael, Erin, Elena and John; other relatives and friends. Justice Birch will lie in repose Tuesday, August 30, 2011, 2p.m.-5p.m., at The Metropolitan Nashville/Davidson County Courthouse. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, August 30, 2011, 6p.m.-7p.m., at The War Memorial Auditorium. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to: Justice A. A. Birch, Jr. Legal Education Fund, P.
