Lois Johnson Marks

Lois Johnson Marks was born on September 29, 1941 in Marietta, Georgia to Charlie and Elizabeth Johnson. She graduated from American Baptist College with a BA in Bible/Mission Education and Master of Counseling from University of Evansville.

On Monday, December 7th, 2020 Lois passed away at her home in Nashville, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Elizabeth Johnson; brothers: Charlie Robert Wheelous, Paul Johnson, James Johnson and John Johnson; sisters: Iola Davis, Charlie Mae Moorer and Carrie Dallis.

Lois leaves behind her beloved family which includes two children Justine Marks-Small of Nashville, TN and Justin Marks III (Tomika) of Nashville, TN. Her grandchildren include; Nicholas Marks, Kristian Small, Dominique Thomas, Kyndal Tibbs, Kennedi Marks, Jordan Tibbs and Peyton Marks. She was also cherished by her sister Lula McLean of Chattanooga, TN and brothers; Ellis Johnson of Chattanooga, TN and Willie (Marilyn) Johnson of Waynesboro, VA and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
