Luella Blaine Hill, of Los Angeles, California, a Nashville native passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. She was a proud graduate of Pearl High School (1944) and Fisk University (1948). Luella was preceded in death by her husband, Julius W. Hill, MD and most recently by her Granddaughter, Courtney Lorraine Hill Thomas.
She is survived by her daughter, Sheila Hill (Los Angeles); Granddaughters, Hillary Thomas and Adrienne Thomas Lamar (Keith); Nieces: Gloria Ballard (Henry Martin) and Gwendolyn Ballard Patton; as well as many cousins and extended family.
