November 25, 2015. Survived by daughter, Sheila; granddaughter, Mederia (Sean) Patterson; and brother, Charles Spann, Kingsport, TN. Public visitation on Wednesday, December 2, 2015, 2-6pm at Lewis & Wright Funeral Directors and Thursday, December 3, 2015, 4-6pm at Payne Chapel AME Churchl, 212 Neil Ave.
Visitation with the family, 6-7pm with funeral to follow, Rev. W. Antoni Sinkfield, pastor. Interment on Friday, December 4, 2015 at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
