Melvin Bond Evans, Sr.

Melvin departed this life on Thursday, March 5, 2020. He was preceded in death by his wife, Oclene Evans; his father and mother, John Ollie and Minnie Lee Evans; five brothers, Richard Thomas Evans, T. Lester Evans, John Earl Mann, Robert Vernon Evans, and Ollie Lavelle Evans.
He leaves to cherish his memory a son, Melvin B. Evans Jr of Knoxville, TN; a daughter, Tawana Evans of Alcoa, TN; two brothers, James (Dorothy) Evans of Milwaukee, WI, and Danny (Barbara) Evans of Atlanta, Ga; one granddaughter, Meliya Evans of Knoxville, TN; and a host of relatives, nieces, nephews and friends.
