Mrs. Barbara Jean Westmoreland

Mrs. Barbara Jean Westmoreland, 89, made her transition on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at home with her loving and caring family alongside her. She is preceded in death by husband, Wilson Howard Westmoreland; sons, Andre Westmoreland and Wilson Westmoreland, Jr. She leaves to cherish her memory, five loving children, Quanstella (Eddie) Henry, Cedric Westmoreland, Lillian Pope-Braden, and Beverly McKissack; daughter-in-love Dwendow Westmoreland; eight grandchildren, Andre Sr., Kela, Sonya, Shonte, Lamont, Brittney, Kiona, Natasha (Jameel), and Aaron; fourteen great grandchildren; one loving brother, William Foster Smith; a host of great- great

grandchildren, cousins, nephews, nieces, other loving relatives and sorrowing neighbors and friends.
