Oletha Dawn Phillips affectionately known as “Baby Doll” was born April 9th, 1970 in Nashville, Tennessee. On Friday August 21st, 2020, she entered into eternal rest.
Oletha Dawn leaves to cherish her memory, mother Odessa Settles, Father John (Jean) Phillips, Sr., devoted brother John (Danielle)Phillips, Jr., stepsister Regina (Derrick) Fleming; devoted aunt Eleanor Reece; Uncles Michael (Yvonne) Phillips, Robert (Helen) Settles, Wayne (Shirley) Settles, Calvin (Sara) Settles, Atley (Kimberly) Settles, and Philip Settles, devoted cousins Tracy (Victor) Shelby, Tasha Fleming and many more cousins in the Phillips and Settles families, devoted friends Marchiel and Alon Davis, Shawntrece Bowden, Will Haney, Lenee Hagewood, Tanya Brown, Corey Bunch and the whole 40 crew.
