Nashville - 45, passed away on Jan. 1, 2018.

He was baptized into the Catholic faith at St. Vincent DePaul Church shortly after his birth where he and his family have been parishioners for over forty-five years. Randall's education began at the Harris-Hillman School for Special Needs Children, where he was selected as a poster child. He attended numerous Davidson County public schools in both mainstream and self-contained classes. He graduated from Bailey School in 1994 at the age of 21. His participation in the Special Olympics was recognized by awards from the Civilian Club, The American Heart Association, the Davidson County ARC, an organization that represents the interests of individuals with developmental disabilities, and the WSMV (Channel 4) Bill Hall Sunshine Award. Following his graduation, he entered the Outlook Nashville Workshop where he was assigned to work at the Opryland Hotel and Nissan Corporation. He is survived by his parents, Dr. Edward R. Hills & Noralyn Sledge-Hills; brother, Dr. Edward Hills II, DDS (Carla); sister, Comina A. Hills; grandmother, Mrs. Comina F. Hills. Service Wednesday 01/10 at St. Vincent DePaul, 1704 Heiman Street, Visitation 11 A.M. Funeral Mass at 12 Noon, Father Francis G. Appreh, Pastor. Lewis & Wright Funeral Directors, 615-255-2371. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Davidson County-ARC 50 Advantage Way Metro Center, Nashville, TN 37208. Or Dr. Edward R. and Noralyn B. Hills Endowed Scholarship @ Meharry Medical College.
