Ricky Thomas Starks, Jr, was born on July 31, 1981 to Ricky Thomas Starks, Sr. and Arlene Turner Starks. He departed this life on August 13, 2023.


Ricky affectionally known as “Spook” was educated in the Metro Nashville Public School System, where he attended Whites Creek High School. Ricky professed his faith earlier I life and was baptized at Scott’s Chapel AME Church.


Ricky worked for Viette Food Co and Infinity Car Dealership detailing cars. Ricky loved kids, helping other people and watching football games


“Spook” was proceded I death by his son Omarion T. Starks, his grandmothers Ora C. Starks and Johnnie Butler.


Ricky leaves to cherish his precious memory his mother Arlene Starks, father Ricky T. Starks Sr. daughter La’Keirah Starks, granddaughter Ke’Nijah Z. Dobbins, two sisters Janeisha and Jatasha Rayford and one brother Johnny Rayford and devoted friend Delincia Mimms. Ricky also leaves to cherish his memory two aunts Frances Smith and Jacquelyn Starks Thomas, five uncles Michael and Cordell Butler, Joshua, Jackie and La’Mons Starks, a host of other nieces, nephews and friends. Best friend Orlando Pruitt, close friends Omega Harris, Dshawn Edwards, Markeith Harris, Charles Porter and Monty.
