Robert (Tyrone) Ezell, Sr., age 66 transitioned on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his beautiful loving mother, Betty R. Dean and father, Sammie Lee Ezell.

Survived by loving, devoted and compassionate soulmate, the former Carmela Renee Douglas; heavy hearts three truly devoted and loving children: son, Robert Tyrone “Bubba” Ezell, Jr.; loving and devoted daughters, Kimberly Nicole (Cory) Smith and Kristie Keondra Douglas; loving and devoted grandsons, Chauncey Lamar Jones, Chase Messiah Cunningham and Kyrin Mansfield Douglas; loving and devoted granddaughters, Keauna LaShae Douglas, Deauna LaNae Edmondson and Jaida Arian Fletcher; three great grandchildren, Delavonta, Delilah and Deontae Hall; four loving and devoted siblings; brother, Andre (Kathy) Dean; sisters, Delores Brown, Valerie (Irvin) Sanderford and Andrea Dean; a bonus mom, Bobbie Hayes and brother, Darrell Hayes; A host of loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews that he loved dearly. Loving and devoted family of cousins who were as close as sisters and brothers. A Special Mention to Narquesie Dean and Lil John who continuously stood by his side and showered him with undying love, affection and support.
