Survived by wife, Mary A. Quarles-Matthews; Children, Shana, Roger, & Rinaud Matthews; grandchildren, Sanya, Davion, Kingston Matthews; sisters, Mary Matthews-Hall' Addie Gregory, Daisy Harrison; other relatives and friends. Public viewing Saturday August 13, 2016 from 1-5 p.m. at Lewis & Wright. Family visitation Sunday August 14, 2016 from 4-5 p.m. at Ephesian P. B. Church, 1506 22nd Ave N. with funeral service to follow.
Interment Tuesday, August 16, 2016 9 a.m. Middle Tennesse Veterans.
