Roy E. Turner age 83 transitioned on September 10, 2020. He is the fourth of five children born to Clarence E. and Audrey M. Simmons Turner, was born on November 27, 1936. Roy E. Turner leaves behind to cherish his legacy, his daughter , “Sand” Cassandra Hayes-Branch; sons, Terry Turner Sr., and Jeffery Turner (Tammie); siblings; Leon Turner and Annie Avant; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and a host of other nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
