Mrs. Garner was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel T. Garner, Sr. Survivors are son, Samuel T. Garner, Jr., daughter, Angela M. Garner, niece, Marcia J. Wade, Nephew, Kenneth M. Etter and Great-Great grandniece, SaMiya Jones. She leaves a host of loving cousins and friends.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am. until 12 noon followed by the funeral service from 12:00 noon, at Fifteen Avenue Baptist Church, 1203 - 9th Avenue North, Nashville, TN 37208. Eulogy by Pastor David Latimore. Interment will on August 2nd at 11:00 am., at the Nashville National Cemetery, 1420 Gallatin Pike S, Madison, TN 37115.
