Departed this life Dec.16, 2015. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving wife, Mrs. Letha H. Council; three children, Jeffrey(Pam) Council, Carolyn(Joe) Ravenell and Jackie Council; one brother, James (Deborah) M. Council and a host of family and friends. Public viewing Monday, Dec.21 from 2-6 pm at L&W funeral home. Visitation,Tues.,Dec.22, 2015 from 11-12noon at Lee Chapel AME Church,1200 D.B. Todd Jr. Blvd, Reverend Roderick D. Belin, Pastor.
