Oct. 9, 2016. Survived by loving and devoted wife, Betty Holt; 9 children; 21 grandchildren. Public viewing Sunday Oct. 16, 2016, from 2-5 pm at Lewis & Wright, Family visitation Monday Oct. 17, 2016 from 6-7 pm with funeral to follow at Mt. Calvary M.B. Church, 2448 Herman Street, Rev. Percy J. Clark, Pastor.
Interment Middle Tennessee Veterans, Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2016 10 am.
