Age 89 of Nashville, TN
Transitioned to eternal rest on April 20, 2018. Proceeded in death by his wife Harriette Eva Nettles. Survived by his children, Dr. Evelyn Nettles, Dr. Michael (Arie) Nettles, Francine (Darrell) Lane; five grandchildren, Ana, Sabin, and Aidan Nettles, Sydney and Kendall Lane; sister in-laws B. Janet Cooper (Atlanta, GA), Isabelle Howard (Moss Point, MS) and Laura Nettles (Bellwood, IL); cousin Willie Jean Abney (Washington, D.C.); extended family Rosa and Sandra Mimms, and Augodelia Coleman and family; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
